Terms of sale

1. Who can buy. You must be 18 or over to place an order.
2. Prices. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
3. Orders. An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
4. Product information. We describe our products accurately, using information from the manufacturer. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary.
5. No medical advice. We sell supplies and accessories. We don’t give medical advice, dosage or usage instructions, and nothing on this website is a health claim. Please talk to a doctor or pharmacist about any medical questions.
6. Using our products. You’re responsible for using products safely, as the manufacturer intends, and in line with Australian law. Dispose of sharps in an approved sharps container.

8. Your consumer rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss caused by misuse of a product or by not following the manufacturer’s instructions. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order and run our store.

• What we collect: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history, and messages you send us. Payments are handled by our payment providers (Stripe, Afterpay and Klarna). We never see or store your full card details.
• Website data: our site uses cookies and analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can manage cookies using the cookie banner.
• Why we use it: to process, ship and support your orders, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations and, only if you opt in, to email you about offers and new products. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Who we share it with: only the services needed to run the store: Australia Post (delivery), Stripe, Afterpay and Klarna (payments), our web host, our email providers and Google (analytics). Some of these may store data overseas. We never sell your information.
• How long we keep it: as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements (generally 7 years for transaction records).
• Access and correction: email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your personal information.
• Complaints: email us first. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Shipping

Please allow up to 72 hours for us to pack your order (most orders go out within 48 hours). Parcel Post is $10 and Express Post is $15, with free Parcel Post on orders over $200 and free Express Post over $250. We ship within Australia only. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns and refunds

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you. Sterile items can’t be returned for change of mind, and unopened non-sterile accessories can be returned within 14 days. We don’t offer any warranty on pens, including dispensing pens; this doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
