What do you sell?

Quality supplies and accessories: genuine BD/Embecta pen needles and syringes, Terumo syringes and needles, alcohol swabs, sharps containers, sterile vials and cartridges, syringe filters, pens, and storage and travel cases.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Our branded consumables (BD/Embecta, Terumo, Livingstone) are genuine stock bought from Australian wholesalers. Each product page names the brand, and batch and expiry details are shown where relevant.

How fast do you ship?

Please allow up to 72 hours for us to pack your order. Most orders go out within 48 hours. Then Parcel Post usually takes 2–6 business days and Express Post 1–3 business days to metro areas. You’ll get a tracking number by email.

How much is shipping?

$10 Parcel Post or $15 Express Post. Free Parcel Post on orders over $200, and free Express Post on orders over $250.

Do you ship overseas?

Not at the moment. We ship within Australia only.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders are sent in plain, protective packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Afterpay, Klarna and bank transfer. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn’t been packed yet. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace it or refund you. See our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I return something I don’t need?

Sterile items can’t be returned for change of mind. Unopened, non-sterile accessories can be returned within 14 days. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you give advice on how to use products?

We’re happy to help with product questions like sizes, compatibility and which needle fits which pen, but we don’t give medical or dosage advice. Please speak to a doctor or pharmacist.
